This is a new issue we are investigating, however we wanted to publish a solution everyone can use immediately. When you click on the “Create Sales Order” button on the Quote object, the screen effectively goes blank and no Sales Order is created.
However, if you look in the browser address bar, you should notice the following warning box.
The solution is to click on that box and select the bullet that starts with “Always allow…”
It may be necessary to refresh your browser after the selection is made. Going forward, this will cease to be an issue.
