If you subscribed to one of our products through the Salesforce AppExchange, the way to increase or decrease user licenses is as follows.
- Log in to AppExchange.
- From the user profile menu, click My Installs & Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription that you want to update.
- From the dropdown list, select Manage Subscription.
- Click Edit.
- Go to Payment Details, and then edit the number of licenses associated with the subscription.
- Click Review Changes.
- Agree to the terms and conditions, and then click Save.
